Terms and conditions:

• included: water, eletricity and gas,
• weekly cleaning,
• weekly change of linen,
• minimum 7-nights rental period,
• other rates are applicable for rental period less than 7 nights,
• daily check-in,
• pets are not allowed,
• excluded: cancellation travel insurance,
• check-in 7 days per week between 2 PM and 4 PM,
• check-out on day of departure between 10 AM and 12 PM,
• upon arrival, registration and deposit are required.

Terms and conditions of payment:

• Reservation costs per booking: € 30,-
• Within 7 days after receiving the reservation request confirmation, 40% of the rental fee must be paid. Reservations will not be confirmed until 40% of rental fee has been paid within 7 days.
• At least 5 weeks prior to arrival the rest of the rental fee is due.

Cancellation costs:

• Cancellations up to 5 weeks prior to arrival: 40%.
• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival: 90%.
• Cancellations after 7 days prior to arrival: 100%.

According to your own preference, it is also possible to pay more than 40% of the rental fee within 7 days.
